Bath & Body Works

Are you addicted to Bath & Body Works? We are. (keep reading the good deal is at the end)

Once a year, for the past several years, I buy soap. Ben and I NEVER go to the mall so when we do, we stock up on our favorite hand soaps at Bath & Body Works. I generally wait for that dreaded trip to the mall until BBW is having a sale that is worthy of my cash.

Well after much waiting, it's finally come. I got an email today from BBW telling me that right now all hand soaps are 5 for $15 which makes them each $3. This is a rare sale as soaps are usually only on deal for 3 for $10 which makes them $3.33 each (and let's face it, that $0.33 is a deal breaker for me).

So after browsing on their website, I decided to check out my favorite online coupon website Retail Me Not to see if they were offering any coupons to make this an even sweeter deal (as I was really hoping to avoid going to the mall if I could)

And sure enough they were! If you purchase $10 or more of product online and use the coupon code 8760, you can get a FREE Signature Collection Body Care Item. ($12 or less).

BUT WAIT the deal gets even sweeter (if you like those kinds of things)

Right now, BBW is having a deal on their signature collection body care products!! Buy 2 get 1 free. If you combine that with this coupon 8760 it turns into buy ONE get TWO free!

So that's exactly what I did. (OK, I did it twice) I purchased 5 hand soaps (originally $25, sale for $15) and 3 body washes (originally $31.50, sale for $10.50) and paid $25 for $56 worth of products! (before shipping & tax).

So in a few days, I'll have 6 body washes, and 10 hand soaps showing up to my door and will be stocked with quality smelling goodness until their next superb deal comes along!

Happy Shopping!

Too Good NOT to Post About

Are you familiar with the Cosmetic Line E.L.F.? ELF stands for Eyes Lips Face and for all I know is only online. Seeing as how I don't really wear makeup, I've never shopped with them before but have been tempted MANY MANY times to snag a few items for stocking stuffers and Birthday/Christmas gifts over the past 2 years.

The main reason this company stands out and why a non-makeup wearer such as myself has been tempted is because most of their makeup sells for $1 each and from what I hear is good quality.

Well today, my temptation to purchase from them was turned into action. Not because I am now changing my lifestyle to include makeup but because they are offering a deal that I cannot pass up - and quite frankly, neither can you.

ELF right now has a deal that if you purchase $20 worth of anything on their website and use the coupon code DINE when you check out, you'll get a $25 gift card to Restaurants.com PLUS ONE Fandango Movie Ticket ($10 value).

So lets do the math here. I will get $20 worth of make-up, a $25 gift car and a $10 movie ticket (total of $55 worth of stuff) for $26.98 (shipping is $6.95). Seeing as how I do eat on occassion and how I do go to the movies about once a year (because the cost is outrageous!) I think I can handle this.

So what did I purchase? Mainly non-makeup items. I purchase a few travel mirrors, tweezers, lip glosses, nail polish remover pads (that don't require the bottle of solution) and some shine free papers all stuff that a non-makeup wearer such as myself might and will actually use. And I think I'll do it ONE more time and get a few things for a goodie basket at church.

OH and one of the cool things that they have on their website - which I've heard a few people say they wish they had is a DVD on how to apply makeup - you know the professional and correct way.

So if this deal sounds good to you go check them out. And if you want a little EXTRA bonus, purchase through Ebates and get 4% back on your entire purchase!
