7 Transactions & 3 stores:
1 Bic Soleil Razor
4 Bic Soleil 4 pk Razor Blades
7 Ricola Mixed Berry Cough Drops
3 Aussie Shampoo/Conditioners
1 Robitussin 2 Go
Total OOP:$16.43
Total RR's Used: $15.00
RR's Received: $28.00
Cash Back $2.50 (RR didn't print)
True Cost: $0.93

Ok, so I didn't WANT to get the Aussie because I was going to give my coupons to a friend (I really don't need any more shampoo/conditioner) but I had a few RR's expiring and needed to roll them. So I nabbed the shampoo/conditioner.

My costs didn't quite work out as well as I initially planned. First off, the Robitussin isn't producing the RR's - so don't bother. I've tried twice in the past week and both times had to get the manager involved. Second, because I didn't do my spreadsheet prior to my shopping trip, I didn't realize that I was a few PENNIES off from using my $5 RR that was expiring..so I had to toss something onto my bill that was last minute to get my over the $5.00 mark

SO Lesson: Always do a spreadsheet PRIOR to shopping so you spend EVEN LESS OOP than I did!!

I tried using the $.50 Q in the Healthy Savings Booklet for the Ricola cough drops, but it wouldn't work because the Q says a 50ct. package.

There are two q's out there for the ricola cough drops.

One is found in the ESC (Easy saver - green november booklet) and the other is found in the Healthy Savings booklet which is white.

The Q in the ESC says $0.50 off 50 ct. package the one in the white Healthy Savings booklet says $0.50 off any 19ct or more ricola cough drops.

So I'm guessing that you probably used the wrong Q. I wish I knew because I had Healthy Savings in my car and could have given you one today. :(
